How much does shipping cost?
To most regions, shipping is free for orders totaling more than $500. For smaller orders, there will be a $50 shipping charge for standard shipping, $70 for express shipping and $90 for overnight shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Shipping : 4 days, Express Shipping : 2 days, Express Overnight : Same day delivery.
Does WeightLossWithEase assure the authenticity of the products offered?
We offer only authentic products with original LOT numbers.
Do you need a prescription to order from us?
You can order our products without a prescription.
What is your refund policy?
Should your shipment not arrive within 10 business days from the date shipped, a member of our loyalty team will be in contact with you. We do not accept returns on any medications. However, should there be a defect with the supply that was sent to you, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Can i pay with my insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance as a form of payment. However, we are able to provide customers with medical expense reports to make insurance claims.

Do you ship to PO Box, do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, we ship to PO box and a tracking number of your parcel is provided once we ship your order.

2- We receive your order then send you payment details for you to confirm the order.
